Continuing their exploration of how the pandemic has affected the cheese industry, the Coping with COVID panelists report from the perspectives of cheesemaker, distributor/importer, and retailers in the United States and Canada. This conversation will focus on the 4th Quarter of 2020: expectations, realities, and how all parts of the supply chain have continued to be affected.
