  • Session Description:From makers to mongers, from retailers to customers – we all play an integral role in the world of cheese. As stakeholders in food supply, we have a responsibility to sustainability, both to the consumer and the changing climate of Earth. But with sometimes competing domains what do we really have a say on the matter? What are we doing now? What more can we do?Climate change affects us all.The Code Red Series will feature conversations between industry experts in the dairy and agricultural industries through the lens of sustainability and climate change. Each subject matter expert will engage in conversation with our host and co-host and share insights based on their research and practical expertise. Not only will you get to hear from these specialists, but you’ll be able to bring your own specific questions.Together we will better understand food supply and sustainability around this food we all love – cheese!Find out more info on the entire series here

T.A.S.T.E. TEST Informational Session
  • Date: May 12th
  • Time: 4pm – 5pm MT
  • Session Description: Join us for a breakdown of what to expect during the upcoming 2022 ACS T.A.S.T.E. TEST® followed by a Q & A session with Bill Stephenson & others from the ACS Certification Committee.  This will be required viewing for T.A.S.T.E. TEST® exam takers this year, and all are welcome to attend if you hope to take the exam in the future!  If you are not taking the exam this year, there is a small cost to attend live that will be donated to ACEF.

 ACS CCP® Education Series
  • Date: June 9th & June 23rd
  • Time: 4pm – 5pm MT
  • Session Description: Come and join us as Bill Stephenson & others from the ACS Certification Committee walk through parts of the Body of Knowledge and bring questions related to each topic that CCP Exam takers might have as they prepare for the exam this summer.  All ACS CPP® Exam takers will be signed up for both of these sessions, though no required, and both sessions will be open to those planning to take the exam in the future or would like this count for their re-certification hours.  If you are not taking the exam this year, there is a small cost to attend live that will be donated to ACEF.
