At more than 2,300 members strong, ACS is the leading organization supporting the understanding, appreciation, preservation, and promotion of artisan, farmstead, and specialty cheeses produced in the Americas. ACS provides the cheese community with educational resources and networking opportunities, while encouraging the highest standards of cheesemaking focused on safety and sustainability.
ACS membership is based on a calendar-year cycle, from January 1 – December 31. We encourage you to join or renew to enjoy the full benefits of your membership!

ACS memberships run on a calendar year (January 1 – December 31) and are not prorated. If you’d like to join in 2021, check back on this page after January 1 for information on how to do so.
If you’d like to join for the remainder of 2020, please note that dues are not prorated and your membership will expire 12/31/2020. If you’d still like to join for 2020, please contact us to learn how.
