The 2010 American Cheese Society Conference & Competition, and the Festival of Cheese is being held in Seattle, Washington! The Pacific Northwest is Cheese-a-Topia; a land of lush, green valleys, rolling fields of grain, crashing surf, pastoral islands and two mountain ranges. From Vancouver B.C. to the southern tip of Oregon, there are nearly 100 artisan cheesemakers creating exciting varieties of every style of cheese.
