Apply for ACS Certification Exams

We value and respect the investment and confidence you place in the American Cheese Society (ACS). Our primary goal has always been to provide support and resources to our members.

The 2020 ACS Conference & Competition, scheduled for Portland, OR July 22-25, has been unfortunately cancelled due to events out of our control. This difficult decision also includes adjustments to our plans for the 2020 Certification Exams scheduled for July 22 in Portland.

2020 Certified Cheese Professional® Exam

At this time, we will not be holding an in-person seating for the 2020 CCP™ Exam. However, the ACS Management Team is exploring an online proctoring option for the 2020 exam. We recently sent an email to our members requesting feedback on their interest in, and feasibility of this option. If you did not receive that email, but have applied, been accepted, or were planning to apply for the 2020 CCP™ exam, please take a moment to complete this short survey as soon as possible. We will have more information in the coming months.
