    2011 Registration Information

    Advance conference registration is now closed. However, registration will be available on-site beginning on Wednesday, August 3 at 3:00 PM: simply print an On Site Registration Form and bring it to the Registration Desk on the 5th Floor of the Palais des congrès.

     

    Registration Rates:

    • Early Bird (through 6/1/11): $455 members / $645 non-members
    • Regular (6/2/11 – 6/23/11): $575 members / $765 non-members
    • Late (6/24/11 – 7/13/11): $695 members / $885 non-members
    • Onsite (after 7/13/11): $695 members / $885 non-members
    • Thursday Pass: $275 members / $465 non-members
    • Friday Pass: $255 members / $445 non-members
    • Saturday Pass (includes Festival of Cheese): $295 members / $485 non-members

    *Non-member rates include a 2011 ACS Individual Membership.

    WHEN YOU REGISTER…don’t forget to page through the options to purchase the following additional items:

    • Cheesemaking Demonstrations: $17 materials fee
    • Guest Tickets for meals and events: prices vary
    • Extra Festival of Cheese tickets: $75
    • Don’t Forget Your Passport!
