Meet the Cheesemaker

Meet the Cheesemaker enables producers of cheese and cultured dairy products to meet with and sample products to hundreds of key industry distributors, retailers, buyers, and food writers from throughout North America.

  • Table Cost:
    • Early Bird: May 3 – May 13 – $225
    • Regular: May 14 – June 27 – $255
    • Late: June 28 – July 6 (or until full) – $295
  • Interested in attending? Admission is open to ACS Conference registrants only (full registrants and Thursday Day Pass holders). If you would like to purchase additional passes, guest passes may be purchased for $40 via the Conference registration process.
