2012 ACS Judging & Competition
The ACS Judging & Competition, the leading competition of North American-made cheeses and cultured dairy products, takes place each year in conjunction with the annual ACS Conference. This year’s Judging & Competition will be held in Raleigh, NC from July 31-August 1, immediately prior to the ACS Conference (August 1-4). It culminates with the Awards Ceremony on Friday, August 3 and Festival of Cheese on Saturday, August 4.
