On April 12, 2012, the American Cheese Society released an official Statement on the Safety of Raw Milk Cheese.
On November 17, 2010, the American Cheese Society released its Statement on Safe Cheesemaking and a Statement on the Importance of Farmstead, Artisan, and Specialty Cheese.
