LOUISVILLE TO HOST MENU POP-UP
IN CELEBRATION OF THE
2026 AMERICAN CHEESE SOCIETY CONFERENCE
Available only during the ACS Conference Wednesday, July 8 - Friday, July 10!
ACS is proud to launch the Louisville Menu Pop-Up Event, a collaborative initiative between ACS member cheese makers and some of Louisville’s most acclaimed local restaurants. This program invites participating chefs to get creative and feature a signature menu item built around a sponsored artisan cheese. These special menu items will be available during the pop-up event from July 8 to 10, offering locals, visiting attendees, and cheese lovers alike the chance to taste how artisan cheeses shine in Louisville’s diverse dining scene.
10% of the proceeds of the pop-up menu item will be donated to support Skill Kitchen, a community-based culinary youth education program.
