“Sales”. A scary - even dirty - word. But does it have to be? One of the key virtues of cheese is its power to bring people together. In the art of selling cheese, we can discover an extension of this power: through relationship-building, storytelling, and the magic of people finding common ground through a shared experience. Michael Sadler has made a living in specialty food for over two decades. After years in New York third wave coffee scene, he pivoted to the world of specialty cheese. As a sales leader at Forever Cheese, he drives regional and independent development, spearheads new partnerships, and engages the industry via webinars and other public events. He has sold to everyone from neighborhood cheese and coffee shops, to luxury hotels and Michelin restaurants , as well as major food retailers and distributors coast to coast.
