The full time cheesemaker will produce over 25 varieties of cow, sheep and goat cheeses.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Manange a farmstead cheesemaking operation.
Make a variety of raw milk, cave aged cheeses.
Skills & Experience
Nice to have some experience but mostly needs a passion to create the handmade, cave aged products we are known for.
Desired Licensing or Certification
no licensing or certification is needed.
