Statement of Intent: I believe the American Cheese Society has been integral in helping to develop a tight community among cheesemakers, cheesemongers, and cheese enthusiasts. As a member of ACS, I have benefited from their work of bringing experience, knowledge, and resources together. If elected to the ACS board, I would like to give back to this organization by using my experiences in finance and education to further their goals. I would love to facilitate more opportunities for cheesemakers/owners to come together and share ideas. I look forward to working with ACS to strengthen our industry and the unique collaboration that exists within this organization.
