Executive Director:
The Executive Director (ED) has executive oversight over all aspects of ACS operations, including administration, programs, finances, human resources, membership, marketing, communications, and development. The ED serves as the principle resource to the Board of Directors (BOD) in defining their agenda and priorities and in developing strategy and policy. The ED executes the Strategic Plan by translating it into short- and long-term goals, work outcomes, and milestones. The ED serves as an Ex-Officio Member of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Finance Committee, and Nominating Committee.

Database Coordinator:
The Database Coordinator is responsible for accurately collecting and managing all association data, ensuring that staff know how to properly use the database for their specific needs, and providing exceptional internal and external customer service. The intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of nonprofit communications, marketing, and event coordination. Undergraduate college students in the Denver, CO area who are interested in learning the ins and outs of working for a small nonprofit organization, while gaining hands-on marketing experience for a unique and renowned international cheese industry event should apply. Volunteer Administrative Assistant:
As administrative support, this volunteer role is responsible for the coordination and smooth operation of ACS’s daily office tasks, operations, and equipment; data entry and maintenance; and assisting the association’s leadership. The position also provides ongoing support for many ACS services, committees, and staff.
