Join us this week as the Cornell Food Safety Extension Team hosts Food Industry Virtual Office Hours. The first session will focus on the dairy foods industry and the second will be a general food industry session. Visit our   to find out about upcoming sessions.

Do you have questions about how the COVID-19 outbreak might impact your dairy processing operation?  If so, please join the IFS@CU for Dairy Foods Industry Virtual Office Hours on May 5 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm (EDT).

Cornell University dairy foods safety faculty will facilitate this session in collaboration with the Dairy Foods Research Centers, the National Dairy Council and the New York Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence. Colleagues from the Center for Dairy Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the University of Delaware, Utah State University, Commercial Quality and Food Safety Solutions, Inc., Dairy Management Inc., Ecolab, Inc., the International Dairy Foods Association, and Matrix Sciences International, Inc. will join the panel.

During this session you can speak directly to the panel of experts to address your questions related to COVID-19. Dairy Foods Industry Virtual Office Hours are free and open to anyone in the food industry from farm to fork. Registration for this event is required.
