ACS Webinar – Coming Down the Pipe: Key Initiative Updates

This live webinar will provide some insight into upcoming initiatives that will impact our cheesemakers and cheese related industries. Topics of focus include Traceability and Healthy Labeling.
Moderated by the ACS Regulatory & Academic Committee Chair, Ron Tanner, of Tanner Food Group, with Alex O’Brien of the Center for Dairy Research, University of Wisconsin, and ACS board member and former Regulatory & Academic Committee Chair, Adam Brock of Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin. We’ll have a brief presentation and conversation based around each topic, and then have a short Q&A time with our live audience.
This live webinar is January 26th, 2023 at 3pm PT / 4pm MT / 5pm CT / 6pm EST and will run for 60 minutes.
The recording will be made available in the American Cheese Society’s Learning Center after the live.
