ACS CCP® Authorized Educator Program Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the ACS Certified Cheese Professional® Authorized Educator Program. To apply for the program, please complete the form below and supply detailed curricula, syllabi, workbooks, presentations, and other relevant materials to ACS via email, mail, or fax. Your application will not be reviewed until all supporting materials have been received by ACS. All information provided to ACS will be kept confidential and will not be shared.

  • If your application is approved, the website address you provide will be shared on the ACS website and any relevant promotional materials.
  • Please upload your logo in jpg, gif, or png format for inclusion on the ACS website. Maximum file size is 5MB.

  • Please indicate the name(s) of the ACS CCPs® who are associated with your educational program.
  • Please indicate which ACS Body of Knowledge domains are covered in your curricula.
  • Please indicate which ACS CCP® Exam Job Task Areas are covered in your curricula.
  • Submit detailed curricula, syllabi, workbooks, and any other relevant educational materials to ACS for review, to ensure that course content aligns with one or more domains of the BOK. All materials will be kept completely confidential. Please indicate how you will submit your material.
