Lodging

ACS has negotiated special discounted rates for attendees at select hotels conveniently located near the Oregon Convention Center. We strongly encourage attendees to stay at one of the official conference hotels and book within the contracted room blocks to make the most of your conference experience and network with other attendees.

Making your Reservation

Book your hotel at ACS’s negotiated discount rates for the best pricing. The secure link to book your room for each of the official hotels can be found below.

Reservations may also be booked directly with the hotel of your choice by contacting the hotel directly by phone and referencing American Cheese Society. Reservations are honored based on availability at the discounted rate and the room blocks may fill prior to cut-off on Monday, June 20 at 5 pm PT. We encourage you to make your reservation early with the hotel of your choice to secure your reservation. Below are some tips to help with you secure your room:

  • If any of the nights you wish to book are not available in the ACS Block or at the ACS Rate, ask the hotel to book those nights at their regular rate. This will allow you to reserve the nights you need, and to take advantage of the ACS Rate for as many nights as possible.
  • Check back with the hotel closer to conference to see if rooms have opened up at the ACS Rate, and confirm that they will honor the lowest rate available over your reservation dates.
  • Book your travel first, then book your room based on your confirmed travel dates. This ensures the accuracy of your reservation and helps other attendees secure rooms.
  • A major credit card and/or one-night payment for room and tax will be required at the time of booking to hold your reservation.
