After deliberation, due to events outside our control, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 37th Annual ACS Conference & Competition, scheduled to take place in Portland, Oregon July 22-25.
Our priority is you – our valued conference attendees and sponsors. As we all go through these uncharted times together, we are pleased to offer you options to best suit your needs right now:
- Refund
In recognition of the unprecedented situation our community is facing, anyone that had previously registered for the 2020 ACS Conference or Meet the Cheesemaker event has the option to receive a full refund with no additional fees. - Deferral
If you are able, please consider deferring your registration for virtual networking and educational programming we’re launching this May. Or, you may defer for the 2021 Annual Conference.

Will I be able to receive a refund of my registration with no additional fees?
We understand the unique economic circumstances many of you are facing. In recognition of this, anyone that registered for the 2020 ACS Conference or Meet the Cheesemaker has the option to receive a full refund with no additional fees, or to defer their registration for upcoming 2020 virtual experiences.
Will the 2020 ACS Judging & Competition be cancelled or postponed?
The 2020 ACS Judging & Competition has been cancelled at this time. We look forward to hosting the 2021 competition next year. If you have any questions, please contact us.
I am a committed 2020 sponsor or was interested in becoming a 2020 sponsor. What are my options?
