  • Tasting Session - Important Information

    ACS Tasting Sessions typically have 220 attendees (unless otherwise indicated to you by an ACS Staff or Education Committee member) with 22 banquet tables that seat 10 people per table, plus a head-table for speakers.


    Each banquet table and head-table will have:

    • -1 - 16" Disposable Black Serving Tray
    • -2 Pitchers of Water
    • -1 Standard Cheese Knife
    • -1 Serving Fork
    • -2 Baskets of Crackers

    Each participant will have:
    • -1 Dinner Plate
    • -1 Water Glass
    • -1 Cloth Napkin
    • -1 Fork
    • -1 Teaspoon
    • -1 Dinner Knife

    ACS requires that the cheeses be served family style on the provided serving tray. 1 - 10 oz portion of each cheese or cheese product being tasted will be placed on the tray in the center of each banquet table.
    *Please Note that the State of Pennsylvania allows for a 1 oz sample pour for wine and beer.*
