Sara Hill, Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board

Sara Hill is the Manager of Cheese Education and Training for the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York, Sara has worked in the specialty food and cheese industry for over 32 years. She has been involved in buying, selling and marketing cheese and has traveled to Europe extensively searching for wonderful cheeses to bring to the US. Her concentration in the last 15 years has been on American Artisan Cheese. She is the National Educator for Wisconsin, in charge of all cheese education materials. She is a former board member of the American Cheese Society and has been inducted into “The Guilde Internationale Des Fromagers.”
