Rachel Cohen, ACS CCP, Good Eggs

Rachel Cohen, a born cheese lover, first cooked in Bay Area restaurants before spending 9 years at Cowgirl Creamery/ Tomales Bay Foods where she mongered, purchased and did almost everything else in between. Working with cheesemakers and helping to define how we think about what we eat and the labor of love involved in making quality goods was one of the most amazing experiences of her career.
