Pleasant Ridge Reserve

Pleasant Ridge Reserve is a raw-milk, alpine-style cheese made from the milk of our farm’s grass-fed cows.  We make cheese in the summer, while our cows are grazing, and age it in ripening rooms on our farm for anywhere from five to twenty-four months.  Pleasant Ridge Reserve was named Best of Show by the American Cheese Society in 2001, 2005 and 2010, and is the only cheese to have ever earned that honor more than once.
