Attention!  The default user ID and password for every member is your member number and zip code, respectively. These are included on your ACS Member card. If you decided to change your user ID and password to something else, be sure to write it down so you can find it should you forget.

Having trouble?  For those members whose zip code begins with a zero, drop the zero and enter the last four numbers of your zip code.  Or if you provided a zip code to headquarters that included the four-digit zip code extension, you should include the extension as well.  If the problem persists, please contact headquarters at acs@hqtrs.com.
