The Preventive Controls for Human Foods – Dairy Foods Processing course provides standardized training for Preventive Controls Qualified Individuals (PQCIs) to meet FSMA requirements. This course will offer supplemental material on dairy hazards and use all dairy examples in breakout sessions.
