Associate Membership $150.00

The Associate Membership is designed primarily for the cheese enthusiast, for those who want to gain and/or increase their knowledge about the world of specialty cheeses and cheesemaking. This level of membership is not available to those within the specialty cheese trade.

Individual Membership $190.00

The Individual Membership includes those individuals that are involved in the production, distribution or marketing of cheese and or cheese related products. Individual memberships may also include writers, authors, technical advisors, academicians, and enthusiasts who wish to be involved in the Society on a larger scale than the Associate member level. The Individual membership is held in the name of the person and not by a company, and is transferable in case of any affiliation changes.

Small Business Membership $550.00

The Small Business Membership is designed for those companies that wish to have their membership listed in the name of the company, rather than an individual, and is involved in the production, distribution, and/or marketing of cheese and/or cheese related products. Benefits include those of the Individual category above, for up to three company representatives (a $570.00 value), including a designate and two alternates. The Small Business Membership allows for one vote and eligibility for one representative to hold a seat on the Board of Directors. Because the membership is held by the company rather than an individual, memberships are not transferable in case of any designate or alternate representative's affiliation changes.

Corporate Sponsor Membership $955.00

The Corporate Sponsor Membership is designed for those companies who wish to be identified as underwriters and dedicated to the mission of the Society. The Corporate Sponsor Membership allows for additional recognition opportunities for the companies at this level. Benefits include those of the Individual membership category above, for up to five company representatives (a $950.00 value) and the ability to add additional members at the reduced rate of $100.00 per person. The Corporate Membership allows for one vote and eligibility for one representative to hold a seat on the Board of Directors. Because the membership is held by the company rather than an individual, memberships are not transferable in case of any designate or alternate representative's affiliation changes.

Multi-Unit Business Membership $2,370.00

The Multi-Unit Business Membership is designed primarily for multi-unit retail or chain businesses, which typically divides stores into regions. Membership is held by each region and all of the units within that region, under the common business heading. All employees of the company are considered affiliate members of the ACS via the store membership. The Multi-Unit Business Membership allows one vote for each region member and one regional representative is eligible for a seat on the Board of Directors. Because the membership is held by the company rather than an individual, memberships are not transferable in case of any representative's affiliation changes. This category includes all of the benefits of the Corporate Sponsor Membership, plus:
