So, why join the American Cheese Society?

ACS is the only organization of its kind in North America that caters to those involved in the specialty and artisanal cheese trade. 

ACS members are committed to the production, marketing, distribution, retailing of fine artisanal and specialty natural cheeses and cultured milk products.  ACS also focuses on educating consumers about the sensory pleasures and consumption of American cheeses. The ACS unites its members in a common goal of sharing information, providing educational programs, and creating networking opportunities for the interchange of ideas and information affecting the specialty cheese trade.  Anyone with an interest in fine cheese is eligible for membership in the ACS.
