Be sure to stick around to snag some of the best souvenirs of the 2009 conference. The annual Cheese Sale is your last chance to take home a piece of handcrafted cheese entered in the ACS Judging & Competition. This sale gives attendees and locals a chance to buy fantastic cheese at head-turning prices. The 2009 Cheese Sale will take place at the Hilton Austin in Salon B.
