One of the biggest and most comprehensive events of its kind, the Festival of Cheese will feature the cheeses (1,700+) entered in the 2013 ACS Competition, highlighting winners and recognizing their mastery of cheesemaking. In addition to an amazing array of cheeses, the Festival of Cheese will feature artisan producers and local purveyors of cheese accompaniments from crackers, charcuterie, preserves, and honeys, to craft beer that guests sample in their commemorative take-away wine glasses.
