Call for Cheese! SAVOR: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience

  • Friday, June 3 and Saturday, June 4 from 7:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Location: The National Building Museum, Washington, D.C.

SAVOR is a must-attend for craft beer aficionados and foodies alike, held in Washington, D.C.’s beautiful National Building Museum. Over two nights, a total of 4,000 guests will enjoy a reception-style sampling of sweet and savory appetizers and 144 craft beers from 72 breweries. They will also have the unique opportunity to converse with luminaries of the craft beer industry — brewery owners, brewers and representatives will be on-hand, personally serving their beer. ACS will have a dedicated area at SAVOR for sampling cheeses and accompanying products (jams, preserves, etc) produced by our members.

Donations are needed – each cheesemaker is asked to provide 5-10 pounds of cheese (this can be all one type or 5 lbs each of 2 cheeses, for example). Producers of accompanying products may contribute to the event, as well; quantities should be determined with the assistance of ACS staff.
